Dos And Don'ts in Dudhwa National Park

Do's in Dudhwa National Park :

  • If you have to enter the Dudhwa National Park then, you will need to have permission as a permit is necessary to enter the park.
  • Tourists need to carry a small bag while entering the park. Non-biodegradable garbage like bottles, plastic, metal foils, tin can, etc are not allowed in the park.
  • It is recommended to get an officially registered Nature guide that helps you in exploring wildlife and ensuring that you will enjoy your trip without losing your way in the forest.
  • Wild animals are the main asset of the park so, respect and maintain a safe distance from them.
  • It is recommended to wear that color of clothes which can blend with the natural surroundings like olive green, khaki, and other dull colors.
  • Please switch off the lights, water taps, and fans when these are not in use.
  • Drive slowly while you are in Dudhwa Tiger Reserve Sanctuary Zone.
  • It is compulsory to obtain clearance certificate before leaving your place of residence within the Tiger Reserve.
  • A maximum of two adults and two children per room is permitted to stay in the tourist.
  • Photo Camera, Video Graphy is allowed during Dudhwa Jungle Safari.

Don'ts In Dudhwa National Park :

  • Smoking and lighting any kind of fire are strictly banned within the Tiger Reserve.
  • Don’t carry kind of firearms in the Tiger Reserve, it is not allowed at all.
  • After sunset, you are not permitted to drive inside the reserve.
  • Don’t plat radio or any kind of tape recorder.
  • Cooking is not permitted inside the Dudhwa National Sanctuary Park
  • Don’t drive on the off routes as it might cause plant or animal as well.
  • Do not attempt to feed the wild animals.
  • Don’t blow horns and you are not permitted to drive above the speed limit
  • You should take care of zones because entry into the restricted zone by visitors is prohibited.
  • Non-vegetarian foods aren’t allowed within the Dudhwa Tiger Reserve Park.
  • After sunset, visitors aren’t allowed to enter the Dudhwa National Park.
  • Shouting, teasing, or attempting to feed animals are banned and will invite severe penalties.
  • Pets are not allowed in the park.
  • Do not demage plant & animal life.
  • Bycylce, motor car, three whillers, etc are not allowed inside Dudhwa park.
  • Fishing is strictly prohibited inside the Dudhwa National Park.
  • Don not through the leavetrash, itter, peels of fruitset carelessely, use the dust bin provided.

Note : Any breach of the above dibections or rules of the Dudhwa National Park attract the penal clouse of the wildlife protection ACT - 1972, so follow all the rules. On violeation of rules penalty may be imposed upto INR 10,000 (Ten Thousend India Rupees).
