Day 1 : Arrival at Bhira Kheri / Kishanpur - Transfer To Resort

You will start your journey with your arrival at Bhira Kheri/Kishanpur pre-booked hotel or resort. Welcome to the hotel or resort, take a rest for a while and enjoy lunch. Take relax and then be ready to explore the beauty of the wilderness in the afternoon. The beauty lies in this incredible jungle as enjoy 300 bird species at the Jhadi Tal which is known for its excellent and premier water bodies of the famous Kishanpur sanctuary region.

Day 2

Day 2 : Visit For Sightseeing & Wildlife Jungle Jeep Safari

Make your morning good with a hot cup of tea before Safari Drive. Get ready for an open jeep safari, elephant safari, or canter safari which you have pre-booked in advance. We enter the core area of Dudhwa National Park in search of the remarkable wildlife of Dudhwa that has covered almost 180 Royal Bengal Tigers and mammals as well as an amazing variety of birdlife. After you finish the safari trip, get back to the resort and take your breakfast. When you are done then, check out from the hotel and move ahead with another destination.

Payment Policy

We accepts Credit Card, Bank Deposits, Debit Card, Cash, PhonePay Wallet, PayTm Wallet and Direct Bank Deposit as forms of payment.
Kindly make payments only into company bank accounts as mentioned.
Travellers must pay 50% advance to hold the tour package booking on confirmed basis & rest of 50% payment will be settled on arrival or starting the tour.
Travellers may pay 100% payment to make confirm the bookings and enjoy more other discount benefits.
Travellers must agree to pay all surcharges and fees, statutory taxes, payment gateway charges as applicable.

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure

In case if you are rescheduling or cancelling your Dudhwa holiday tour or traveling due to any ineluctable reasons, you must intimate us in writing through email at booking@dudhwa-national-park.in. Please note that cancellation charges would be effective from the date we received your email in writing. Following are the applicable cancellation policies :-

30 days prior to arrival - 15% of the tour package cost.
15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour package cost.
07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour package cost.
02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 60% of the tour package cost.
Less than 48 hours or no show - tour package Cost is none refundable.
Jeep jungle safari payments are non refundable in all cases.

Terms & Conditions

In all hotels or resorts base category room will be provided on twin sharing basis.
In case of upgradation, room charges will cost extra and pay to the hotel/resort directly.
check-in Time is 12:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM.
In case of non availability of rooms in mentioned hotel/resort, we provide similar other standard hotel in same location.
In case of three persons, one room with one extra mattress will be provided.
Please make sure to enter correct ages of travellers at the time of tour package booking. Travellers providing incorrect age may obtain penalty of charges at the time of travelling.
Any changes in Goverment fees, taxes, hotel stay charges, jungle safari charges and etc will be informed through email or phone call before traveling date.
Company is not responsible for any loss/theft, damage of your luggage or accident.
Company reserved the right to make tour package itinerary and jungle safari changes as operational, functional or any other circumstances require.
Please note that after you finalize the tour package /service cost and in case if there are any increase in permit, taxes, fees of jungle safaris, taxes, fuel cost or tour guide charges decided by the Goverment of India, the same will be charged as extra.
Strikes, festivals, fairs, traffic problems, weather conditions, hotels/resorts overbooking, closedown of entry restrictions at visiting place, etc. In such conditions, Company will do their best to make suitable same alternate arrangements for your tour package, we are not liable for any compensation/refunds, claims arising in these kind of conditions.
In case of any dispute, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in district Lakhimpur Kheri, UP, India.
